Amal is a friendly, humble, sensible and understandable person, this attitude enabled her to become a successful accredited Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapist and Psychological & Wellbeing Coach with a huge working experiences in a Psychiatric Hospital in London, Mind Charity, MRC and with the Grenfell Tower Victims.

Her natural caring attitude enabled her to facilitate a Mental Health Awareness training in Europe for the disadvantaged communities.

The Cognitive & Mental Health Awareness Clinic is operated by Mrs Amal Almansowri accredited Mental Health Professional and a Psychological & well being Coach.

Mrs. Amal is a multilingual works with clients from different backgrounds referred by their GPs, local Social Services or self-referral who are experienced Mental Distress due to the life’s events such as witnessed violence during war, migrations, poverty, tragedies or personal circumstances. The main focus of her  work based in empowering clients to focus on NOW AND HERE and encourages them to be active in their Treatment Care Plan to overcome their Psychological Issues  to be able to move on with their lives in a more effective way.

Our courses, training and seminars in UK and Abroad:

Draw The Line: is a 6 weeks course delivered in the UK.  The most successful training that empowering  women to prevent  violence and harassment.  This training was first launched by ( Iranian and Kurdish Women Rights Organisation (IKWRO) for Iraqi women who faced sexual abuse and domestic violence as a result of the war in their home country,  and now it’s been delivered by our clinic to other women across the world.

Kairos Europe Ltd:
Amal delivers workshops in Europe about the Mental Health and Social Exclusion issue’s within disadvantaged communities who are living all over Europe. Countries targeted are Athena, Italy.

UCL:  Amal delivers seminars about the Mental Distress within Migrants Community in UK at the University College London Hospital

Brent, Wandsworth & Westminster Mind:
Co facilitating Psycho-Educational courses, and Mental Health Awareness workshops to raise awareness about the Mental Health issues within multicultural community in London.

Grenfell Tower: Amal provides emotional and practical support to the victims families and the survivors of Grenfell Tower Tragedy.

Most recent training  The Tavistock and Portman NHS Trust (Early Response to Major Traumatic Events); Doctors of the World Organisation (Grief, loss and disaster: How can we help?), and the Existential Psychotherapy at  the NSPC.

Amal held a Masters Degree in Mental Health, Diploma in Cognitive Behavioral Hypnotherapy and now undertaking a Prof-Doctorate In Counseling and Psychotherapy in London.
